How to Use

Install the Water Tank

Please turn the Upper Water Tank cockwise. It is installed in place when you hear a click sound. And then, press the Nose Pillows into the machine.

Make Saline Solution

Open the Lid and pour the nasal wash salt on the Filter. Fill slowly the Upper Water to the MAX Line with pure water.

Insert the Nose Pillows

Slightly lift the head, hold the machine, and insert the Nose Pillows into your nostrils. Apply a little power to make sure it is clung to the nose.

Start Cleaning

For the first use, take a deep breath, and hold your breath. Then press the Power Button to start cleaning.

Easy to Use, Effective

I have now used this a few times and can see some advantages and disadvantages of this type of unit. Advantages is that the flow is a nice calm steady stream entering your nasal passages. I felt that this was gentler than the other products I have used.

Gunk be gone!

I would recommend reading the instructions that are included prior to first use. They are pretty good and there's a section for first time users. Being my first time I made some mistakes, but I was still able to use it properly and it got most of the gunk out of my nose! I could breathe so much better after using this!

easyto reverse the flow

My allergies subsided before this arrived but ultimately it's still been fun and interesting to use. It almost feels like when you get water up your nose in a pool/the ocean... But in a good way? I've used it twice now and it has pulled out some slime, but nothing super solid. I think I made need warmer water to help break up anything solid.
